2. Prohibited Uses

4. To attempt to circumvent our verification process or manipulate verification scores.
5. To use the Verified Unique badge on websites that have not been verified through our service.

   The Verified Unique name, logo, badge designs, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Verified Unique or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of Verified Unique.

2. Copyright

   All content, features, and functionality of our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof, are owned by Verified Unique, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties
